NEW YORK - Sep. 8, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- The Israel Ministry of Tourism today released new records for the number of tourists coming to Israel from the United States in July and August. The country received 78,000 travelers from the United States during July 2022 which was an increase of 4% over 2019 and 71,000 travelers from the United States during August 2022. That's 13% increase over the year before. Eyal Carlin (North American Tourism Commissioner) stated that it was exciting to see a rise in Israeli tourism coming from the United States. Already surpassing our record-breaking numbers for 2019, he said.
